Ingredients
1/2 cup (45g) gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup almond/coconut/oat milk (choose the one which you like the most)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
Chopped nuts
Blueberries
Directions
- Combine the ingredients in a jar (except the banana).
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, fry the banana slices in coconut oil and cinnamon.
- Take the porridge out of the fridge and give it a quick stir before eating.
- Top the porridge with the warm banana, chopped nuts, and blueberries.
- If you’d rather have it warm, just pop it in the microwave for a minute or two.
