Ingredients
2 slices sweet potato
1 avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, chives
1-2 radishes
Directions
- Slice the sweet potato and roast in the oven or air fryer until done.
- Mash the avocado with lemon, season with salt, pepper and chives.
- Spread the avocado over the sweet potato slices.
- Slice some radishes.
