Ingredients

  • 2 slices sweet potato

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt, pepper, chives

  • 1-2 radishes

Directions

  • Slice the sweet potato and roast in the oven or air fryer until done.
  • Mash the avocado with lemon, season with salt, pepper and chives.
  • Spread the avocado over the sweet potato slices.
  • Slice some radishes.
